PROPERTY INSPECTION

During inspection services, we check the condition of the following areas of the property, as long as they are visible and safely accessible. HVAC Plumbing Electrical Foundation Roof Attic Floors Walls Windows and Doors Basement and Structural components Pool and Spa 4 Point Inspections ( Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, and Roof is only covered). Detailed report with photos are included with every Inspection.

CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION / QUALITY CONTROL

Inspection of the construction process to make sure that all materials and procedures comply with the plan and specifications.
Detailed inspections of the quality of installations and the compliance to the standards and specifications.
Inspection and documentation of contractor activities.
Participation in project meetings.
Keeping and maintaining inspection checklists and records in a complete and orderly manner.
